PHYSICAL THERAPY
Our licensed physical therapists offer the latest techniques in manipulations, modalities, and therapeutic exercise to increase muscle strength, regain function, and increase activities of daily living necessary to get you well and repair quickly.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Our licensed occupational therapists offer training assistance in activates of daily living, functional rehabilitation, and regaining fine motor skills to assist you in neuromuscular re-education, home safe evaluations/ fall prevention, and regaining strength.
SPEECH LANGUAGE THERAPY
Our licensed speech language therapists work with patients in neuromuscular re-education, swallowing precautions, stroke rehabilitation, and cognitive rehabilitation to assist the patient in regaining ability to eat, drink, neck/facial strength, and increase speech function.
PEDIATRIC THERAPY
Our licensed therapists of all disciplines work with pediatric patients assigned with needs of developmental delay, acute injuries, congenital birth defects, cerebral palsy, post-surgical rehabilitation and other diagnoses to increase cognitive skills, delays in speech/motor/behavioral functions, and assist in increasing overall function.

The Kelly Family
Tim Kelly holds a dual Masters degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training from Texas Tech University HSC. He has worked in home health since 2006, starting as a staff therapist, director, then corporate level administrator in Lubbock. Opening his own company was a life long dream.
Jessica Kelly assists in bookkeeping and office duties for the business and holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
They have two children, Dylan and Malia, and reside in Shallowater, TX.
